Refunds and cancellations

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be submitted in writing to the event office at: events@nextorblue.ro and will be subject to the following conditions:

• Registrations canceled by 28 February 2022 are eligible for a full refund.
• Registrations canceled between 1st of March 2022 and 15 April 2022 (inclusive) are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee paid.
• Registrations canceled between 16 April 2022 and 15 May 2022 are no longer eligible for a refund.

* For orders paied for by card, the sume will be refunded to the same card used for the initial transaction, in 3 to 30 days after the claim is accepted.
