1. General Conditions

The content and software on this site are the property of Nextor Blue SRL and are protected by Romanian and international copyright laws. Any fraudulent attempt to copy/modify/download will be punished according to the laws in force.

The Buyer is not allowed to sell or alienate the ticket purchased from nextorblue.ro to a third party for the purpose of obtaining material advantages or for promotional purposes. The event organizer may refuse the participation of holders of such tickets in the event or may evict holders of such tickets from the event venue.

By using the nextorblue.ro website, you consent to, and expressly and unequivocally bind yourself to, all of the terms of this document. These conditions also apply if the visitor does not purchase the ticket directly from Nextor Blue SRL, but from an official sales point contracted by Nextor Blue SRL to sell tickets to events.

Nextor Blue SRL reserves the right to change the “Terms and Conditions” at any time without prior notice.

Users of the website www.nextorblue.ro (hereinafter referred to as nextorblue.ro), owned by NEXTOR BLUE SRL, may purchase tickets for dental events from this website, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Any conditions the user may wish to impose on this agreement are automatically excluded and will not be acknowledged.

2. Placing an order

An online order involves the following steps:

• choosing the event and the available tickets by category
• choosing the method of payment and entering personal details.
• order summary
• final check
• acceptance of the terms and conditions
• submitting your order
• order confirmation by nextorblue.ro

3. Payments and invoicing

Tickets ordered can be paid for online with a valid credit or debit card. See the payment methods page.

The order, and therefore the ticket(s), can only be considered valid once full payment has been made and received.

By making payment and thus completing the order, the purchaser undertakes to comply with the official regulations of the event for which he has purchased tickets. Failure to inform the purchaser of the rules, misunderstanding or non-acceptance by the purchaser is NOT grounds for a refund or chargeback. Although Nextor Blue SRL will do its utmost to inform buyers correctly, it CANNOT be held responsible for the publication or promotion of the official regulations of the events for which it is intermediary for the sale of tickets.

4. Processing and delivery of tickets

Nextor Blue SRL își rezervă dreptul de a modifica “Termenii și Condițiile” în orice moment și fără notificare prealabilă.

Customer orders that do not provide proof of payment or do not contain complete and correct details will be cancelled.

5. Changes, cancellations, returns, organisational shortcomings

Moving the event to a venue in the same locality does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Any cancellations or changes to the event registration must be sent in writing to the event secretariat at events@nextorblue.ro. Cancellations and returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Registrations canceled by 28 February 2022 are eligible for a full refund.
• Registrations canceled between 1st of March 2022 and 15 April 2022 (inclusive) are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee paid.
• Registrations canceled between 16 April 2022 and 15 May 2022 are no longer eligible for a refund.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction within 3-30 days of the acceptance of the return.

The organiser has the right to cancel or change the date of the event.

In the event that an event has been postponed/rescheduled for reasons not strictly related to the organiser, the purchaser has the right to participate in the rescheduling of the event on the basis of the ticket already purchased and issued in advance or to benefit from a refund.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to the organizer’s fault, Nextor Blue SRL will refund the ticket price to buyers.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of an event, the value of tickets purchased through the means provided by Nextor Blue SRL may be refunded as follows:

• E-ticket holders will receive the amount already paid on tickets
• Refunds will only be made if this does not contravene the terms and conditions imposed by the organiser or the venue.
• After the refund, these tickets are automatically invalidated. The organisers retain the right to make minor changes to the programme and distribution.
• In the event of cancellation, postponement or major changes to the programme or distribution, nextorblue.ro reserves the right to inform ticket purchasers of such changes. This information may be given electronically, by e-mail or by telephone, if the information provided by the purchasers was correct.

In accordance with European Union law, you have the right to cancel an order placed online.

This “cooling-off” period starts on the day you received the product. You can cancel your order for any reason, even for the simple fact that you have changed your mind. This rule applies whenever you buy products without going to the shop – for example when ordering by phone or online.

6. Resale of tickets
